I don't know if you guys still have this problem.i just gonna tell you guys anyway.frankly.i almost give up bout this sims 4.ok.to the point.what i do is.(after game was installed)mine is window 8. • i'm installed both of vcredist. • then i rename ts4.par to The.Sims.4.Launcher.par • open properties for 3DM launcher. After that i saw at there's a option unblock at bottom.under the 'attribute' where u can change between hidden or read only.(though my first time seing it) • well just unblock it (assuming if it is there for you guys) • tick the run as admin on privilege level(located at compatibility) • then i go to security column.grant all the (whatever user u have in there) full control.

What I did do was log into Origin and went to the top right and pressed Origin and then Go offline. Finally, I went to the folder and opened the game without entering an activation code.
