I own a copy of Clip Studio Paint EX which I currently have installed on two computers, my own laptop and a family member's computer. I finally got a new desktop for myself but upon going to install it on the new computer (knowing I would need to remove it from another computer for it to work), I realized that at some point my email with my serial number disappeared. I'm not sure when this happened as I got my copy around late September last year. The company's FAQ page directed me to another page explaining that I should contact customer service and since I paid with Paypal that I should use their contact page to email them, explain that I paid with paypal, mention which email my paypal is, and that they will help me with my serial number. I followed these instructions and was sent what appeared to be a copy pasted message instructing me to log in on some site I had never heard of that was listed on the FAQ as another possible payment method. Trying to log in, it informed me I wasn't registered, which makes sense because I've never even seen the website before. So I informed the customer service rep of this and reminded them I paid with Paypal through their main website.
